Welcome to my website, and thank you for dropping in.

After a lifetime in education and publishing I moved north with my husband in 2010. For eleven years we lived in a farmhouse high on the Yorkshire pennines. The house was surrounded by natural hay meadows that in the spring and summner were a riot of wildflowers. It was there that I documented the procession of the seasons across this glorious landscape in my two glossy photo-hardbacks,

'Flora' and 'Grass'.

Just before the pandemic I moved to Sheffield, where I wrote and illustrated my two Lockdown Diaries.
